Cramp got me
Kept yellow for mike..although we kinds tried to loose it. Felt good until cramp instantly got me. still in a spot of bother as I right my fingers are cramping. Locked up and lost alot of time. A lot of time

Borneo morning of first stage.
Am chilling in my room waiting foot the first day of the 5 day tour to start.just had my normal Asian breakfast of fried noodles and egg. Stage doesn't start until 2.30 pm. slit of waiting to do! Should prob do a bit of uni reading.
